Living-Learning Community

In order to foster community among students in Life Sciences, they are required to live in Cumberland Hall during their first year. In this community, they will take classes with their Scholars peers who are from every discipline and background, study with these students in the comfort of their room or floor lounge, form life-long friendships, see faculty members often since their offices are on the first floor of the building, attend a Scholars activity or two most weeks, and participate in team-oriented Scholars projects and events.
