Experimental Biology will consist of laboratory modules related to those developed over the past 10 years in the Department of Biology's Summer Biology Institute for High School Teachers. This continuously funded program has brought 20-25 teachers to campus for 5-6 weeks of intensive discussions and laboratory sessions. The outcomes include 10 volumes of laboratory exercises for high school biology teachers. In a given summer, CLFS 710 will include a series of 2-4 different modules, each one lasting two weeks.

A 2 credit module of CLFS 710 that focuses on statistics and experimental design is offered on-line as CLFS 725.
