The profs were great. I am amazed that Jan Norcross could give birth during the term and still answer emails! What a trooper! I really enjoyed the course and that is thanks to both profs.

I enjoyed this course very much. The amount of work required for completion of the course was right on target - very doable for people working full-time while taking courses. I did not feel like I was so overloaded with assignments that I couldn't learn because I was so busy looking for information as in some of the other courses. The assignments were very interesting and challenging. The assignments expanded the reading and content notes/web links - liked that very much. I also learned a lot via my research paper. Feedback on grades, email inquiries, etc. was very good as well. Office hours were available at 2 different times to interact with professors.
