The Master of Chemical and Life Sciences (MCLFS) program is a content based masters program developed specifically for science teachers. It is oriented towards those who are seeking advanced study in science that will benefit and enhance their ability to inform and excite their students. The program does not profess to instruct teachers how to teach. In fact one component of the MCLFS program lets teachers utilize their skills and intuition on how to teach in developing teaching materials based on the MCLFS course content. The mechanism for the development of these materials is a set of group projects intrinsic to the MCLFS courses called Teaching Innovation Projects (TIPs). TIPs are teaching materials related to course content that the MCLFS students (teachers) feel will be useful in their (and your) classes.
We offer for your use a number of these projects. Please feel free to use them in your classes. The developers of these projects would be delighted to hear about your experiences as you attempt to use them so feel free to comment at: firstname.lastname@example.org
