Appleman-Norton Award in Botany: Established 1963; honors Drs. C. O. Appleman and J. B. S. Norton, former chairmen of the Botany Department. Provides a prize to an outstanding senior botany major at UM.

Papers of Arthur B. Gahan: Donated by the estate of Winifred Gahan in 2003. The Papers of Arthur B. Gahan are housed in the Maryland Room of the Hornbake Library.

Dr. P. Arne Hansen Memorial Award Fund: Established 1973 by the Department of Microbiology, in memory of Professor Hansen. Provides a prize to be awarded annually to an outstanding undergraduate in the Honors Program of the Department of Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics.

Dr. and Mrs. Mark Keeney Chemistry Labs: (To be dedicated in fall 2003.) Made possible through a bequest from Rubye Keeney. Dr. Mark Keeney was a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry from 1968 to 1985.

Carl L. Rollinson Memorial Teaching Fund: Established 1997. Supports the equipping of teaching laboratories and other enterprises associated with undergraduate education in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
