Science 265::2037-2048. This is a great review of methods for the analysis of complex traits, but it has been scanned in, so the file is huge.
Rubin and Lewis 2000. Drosophila melanogaster: Portrait of a fruit fly. This is a historical review of work on Drosophila that touches on important methods for genetic analysis.
