A student may access his/her advisor assignment information in Testudo. Students are encouraged to visit their advisor with questions regarding progression to graduation, course completion, or career plans. It is mandatory that students visit their advisor at least once each semester during the pre-registration period.

Prior to advisor assignment, students with questions should contact the CBMG Department Undergraduate Office  to make an advising appointment.

For  Pre-registration advising appointments, an appointment sign-up book is found at the CBMG Undergraduate Office. In this book you may sign up for a convenient time to meet your advisor.

At the Pre-registration appointment, students will discuss courses for the next semester, progression toward graduation, and career plans. When nearing graduation, a student should request a senior audit. This audit will ensure that all plans are in place for graduation. Application for graduation must be made prior to the end of the schedule adjustment period within the semester the student wishes to graduate.  Application for graduation can be done via MARS, Testudo, or at the Mitchell building.

If you have general questions or would like to make an appointment, please contact the Undergraduate Office.
